Hey tired parents! I'm Becka, a mom of three amazing girls — two young daughters born to me and a teenager shared with me from Estonia. Originally from Southern California, I've been calling Northern Colorado home since 2005. I live with my husband, daughters and two rescue pups. I have a degree in Sociology and Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University. My downtime includes couch dates, dinners out, strolls around our local lake, spin class, diving into books recommended by Sharon McMahon, indulging in a few too many Shonda Rhimes' shows, and of course, embracing the bliss of sleeping.
Our life is forever changed for the better because of Becka, and I will never be able to express how grateful I am for her. Working with Becka wasn’t just following a sleep plan and hoping for the best. It was working closely day and night with my #1 supporter.

After working with Sleeper Teachers as an extremely sleep deprived client in January 2020, I immediately knew that I wanted to return the favor to families around the world. I (finally) joined the Sleeper Teachers team in September 2021 and it's the type of job that never gets old. I get excited every time "it" works for another family!
