Our Wall of Love

Thank you to the over 1,500 families who have trusted us to help them reclaim rest.

When my son was 10 weeks old, he had a hard time napping longer than 20min and had a very hard time independently falling asleep. Each night was a long “witching hour” process of rocking, holding and sneaking out before he got into a night rhythm, Sara was wonderful at meeting our daily sleep questions (I had a lot!).

We’re so glad we started early; it’s saved us a lot of sleep anxiety. By the time I went back to work, we had transitioned my son out of the Snoo, into a sleep sack. During my first week back, he dropped his night wakings/feedings.

Soon, we transitioned from 4 naps to 3 per day, and then into the crib in his own room. He became a good sleeper! So much so that the dreaded 4th month sleep regression was barely noticeable, and teething has been no problem. We learned so much about sleep from Sara that towards the end of our time with her, I was confident we could navigate most of his future transitions and sleep needs.

Our biggeststruggle was putting our baby into the crib awake and with the 4-month sleepregression looming ahead of us and my maternity leave coming to an end, I wasfeeling incredibly anxious not having a sleep schedule in place and getting afull night’s sleep once I went back to work. Sara created a custom 1-week sleepplan for our than 3-month-old baby, checked in with us daily, and provided realtime advice based on Lena's progress each night. We had tried to implement someof the sleep training strategies friends had told us worked for their babies, but we felt like they weren't working and struggled not having someone toanswer our questions and guide us through the process. The tailored approach toour baby's exact age and needs + live support is what sets Sara and SleeperTeachers apart from other sleep programs. Fast forward 3 weeks and Lena hasreplaced her cries with a smile when we put her down in the crib awake and haslearned to fall asleep on her own. She's sleeping through the night and has allof us feeling prepared for any sleep regressions or changes. We cannot thankSara enough for all of her help and easing my anxiety with returning back towork! :)

Emily is absolutely AMAZING! She listened to our wants and needs and created a solid plan that WORKED!! She got our 18 month old from bed sharing, nursing all night, pacifier, needing mom at every wake up to nurse back to sleep to sleeping through the night in her own crib, putting herself back to sleep, no night nursing and no pacifier! Our daughter responded so quickly to the plan(we're talking 4-5 days) that Emily went one step further and helped us through the process of getting her nap schedule adjusted from 2 naps to 1 midday nap. Now our days are scheduled, we know what to expect in terms of sleep and Emily has given us the resources to stay on track in this sleep journey and how to handle future bumps in the road when new milestones hit. I cannot recommend Emily enough, this has been completely life changing for our family. I was skeptical at the beginning because I thought there was NO WAY we could get to independent sleep in 2 weeks from where we started, and now I only wish we had done it sooner!!

It’s hard to summarize what my experience working with Amanda has done for my family and I. Prior to the start, I was never able to get one of my twin boys down for naps or bed without excessively rocking him. At night, this would stretch anywhere from 20 minutes to well over an hour, with intermittent screaming any time I’d try to put him in his crib (especially after falling asleep in my arms). Within the first TWO DAYS, I had the skills and knowledge on how to appropriately tackle the day and was successfully able to put him down without ANY rocking! *Que the jaw drop and happy tears*. My husband and I couldn’t believe it. We’ve gone from absolutely dreading bedtime to feeling confident and comfortable enough to tackle his sleep be it together, on our own and even with a babysitter. Amanda was beyond helpful and oh so patient and I will forever be grateful for this experience. I look forward to continuing to implement all that I’ve learned in my son's daily routine throughout the years to come!

We would highly recommend any new parents to invest in a sleep consultant right away! When we started, we were bobbling our little newborn to sleep. She was not taking consistent naps, she didn't have many consolidated stretches of nighttime sleep, and I was spending the majority of my evenings nursing her. Just a few short weeks later, she is falling asleep on her own within 10-15 minutes, taking consistent and longer naps, and sleeping longer at night! We also got support with how/when to transition out of the swaddle as well as helping our baby take a bottle. There are so many variables to keep track of and their sleep needs change so quickly! It is so worth it to have someone knowledgeable to make goals, provide the tools and answer questions along the way. This was by far one of the best investments we've made.

Brittney is kind, thoughtful and accessible - all of the things me as a tired momma needed going into this sleep training process. Honestly, I didn't see my family doing the sleep training path but our situation wasn't improving on its own. We met Brittney at a MOB fair and felt like we immediately clicked. After discussing what my husband and I wanted, we decided that it was worth a try to work with Brittney. Turns out we saw a huge change in our kiddo's sleep within 3 days of starting the process! Our nights look a lot different than they did before working with Brittney - and we sure are thankful for that! We would recommend Brittney to anyone wanting to make a change in their nighttime scenario with their babe!

Working with Brittany was seriously life changing. When any mom or soon to be mom asks me for recommendations she is always my first one honestly! I was nervous about the idea of working with a coach but she honestly was so comforting to talk to from the initial call. She listened to what I wanted and needed and was willing to work with that 100%. She didn’t push anything that either I or my daughter wasn’t ready for. She offered incredible support and was there every step of the way. At the beginning my daughter was a great sleeper and it took almost no effort for her to go 3-4 hours stretches and even longer however around 3 & 1/2 months that changed. Everyone just told me to get used to it because that was momhood and I just wasn’t willing to accept that. As a single mom I knew sleepless nights for months wasn’t the best option for either of us and I knew I didn’t have anyone else to rely on for help. Working with a sleep coach was seriously life changing for me and her both and it is the number one thing I recommend to all my new mom friends now.

Sara was AMAZING!! This was round two of working with Sleeper Teachers. First when my child was an infant with another coach and now as a toddler with Sara. Sara went above and beyond accommodating start dates around a kiddo not feeling 100% and then for pushing out the end date by a couple of days to make sure that we were meeting the goal consistently and not just one night. We had a lot of trial and error moments with different things and she was so supportive and encouraging along the way with everything, because there are moments that can feel discouraging. Sara is incredible at what she does and is there for you every step of the way. I would recommend Sara to everyone!

Our 6 month old was sleeping with us in bed and not really sleeping through the night. Needless to say, none of us were sleeping then. We have two older kids as well and they were not on a very good bed time schedule either. We were able to focus the sleep training on the baby and that translated to getting the older two on a better night time schedule. My husband and I weren't as tired and were then able to focus on them after putting the baby to sleep. In all we were able to get everyone to sleep without rocking, feeding a bottle or laying with them until they fell asleep. And we all slept in our own beds through the night. THANK YOU!

We had an incredible experience with Paige. Our second child had very different sleep needs and habits from our first and when she still wasn't sleeping through the night or napping well at 9 months old we realized we needed help. I was a little skeptical about how much a sleep consultant would be able to help since I was already doing so much "by the book" to set up my daughter for sleep success (e.g. dark room, sound machine, no obvious sleep props). It's a cliche but I honestly thought that my child was just one of those children who would never sleep through the night and was a bad sleeper. But I'm happy to say that I was wrong! Paige tweaked our schedule and walked me through the little ways that I wasn't setting up my baby for sleep success. Her insight and knowledge was instrumental in getting us on track. I also loved that Paige was flexible enough to find a schedule and routine that works for our family. But more than giving us a good sleep plan, my absolute favorite thing about working with Paige was her daily help. My big problem with sleep books or online courses is that they give you a "formula" but then you're left with a bunch of questions about what to do when inevitable curveballs come and throw off your schedule or plan. Being able to talk through issues as they arose each day was truly invaluable. Paige was communicative and responsive and so patient with all of my questions each day. That communication in and of itself was worth every penny for me. It was so incredible to be able to lean on Paige so heavily that first week or so and just as incredible to get to the end of the second week and realize I was hardly reaching out to her because I had been given the tools to problem solve on my own! I am so grateful to Paige for all of her help and grace--she was such a blessing to our family!

My husband and I are beyond grateful for Brittney! We went from Co-sleeping for 5 months (getting up 2-3 x a night to eat) to 10-12 hours of sleep a night of independent sleep with 0-1 feeds!!! I put her down awake and she has learned the skill of putting her self to sleep at 5 months old! Night one was rough and I was feeling really flustered, but Brittney assured me that we could do this and to trust her process. So I did and by night 3 she was a independent sleeper!! Naps took a little bit longer but not much, my daughter used to nap for only 20-30 minutes at a time which I now know is one sleep cycle and then she couldn’t put herself back to sleep. Brittney worked with us and now she naps for at least one hour if not two at a time! Brittney held me accountable and gave me the confidence and skills to teach our baby this very important life changing skill! I’m a mom boss who works from how so to have these hours to work while she naps AND to have some alone time to talk with my husband is SUCH a BLESSING!

My husband and I were generously gifted a couple of sessions with Brittney and it truly is the gift that keeps on giving! Sleep is one of the best gifts you can give yourself and your family. We had 3 under 3 in our home and only one was sleeping. Our newborn and 2 year old were not sleeping. It was taking my 2 year old daughter 3 hours at night to scream herself to sleep and we had developed unhelpful sleep patterns with our new born. After 3 sessions with Brittney, our 2 year old was falling asleep within minutes and our newborn went from up every two hours, to one feeding a night and by the time he was 8 weeks he was consistently sleeping 10-12 hours a night. Brittney’s direction is practical, achievable and she tailors her coaching to your lifestyle. If you are a parent who struggles getting your children to sleep Brittney is your girl!

He then hit 18 months and I think some separation anxiety kicked in; this was our breaking point and my husband and I decided we needed help. Our son deserved better sleep and we needed more sleep to be better parents. A friend had heard of SleeperTeachers and recommended them to me. I reached out to SleeperTeachers and was able to set up a consultation that day!! We met with Amanda over the phone and she immediately brought relief by saying she knew how to help him! After the consultation, we were going to start the program that Amanda created for us but come to find out, our son had a double ear infection. She said to wait until he was feeling better and then we would start his training, and to me it truly showed that she cared about him and his well being! They are SleeperTeachers for a reason!! The actual sleep program was tailored to our son perfectly. It met him where he was developmentally and then progressed slow enough not to be a total shock to him but yet, still enough to make a difference. The communication with Amanda was superb as well. She answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) with helpful responses and got back to me very quickly. If we had set backs, Amanda was able to support us and give us ideas on what to do next time. When we had success, she celebrated with us! The last few days of the program, we have been able to put our son to bed being fully awake and he can put himself to sleep as well as put himself back to sleep throughout the night. These last 14 days have been exactly what we needed and now my son, my husband and myself are getting the sleep we need!! Thank you Amanda and SleeperTeachers!!

I worked with Sarah and I can't say enough positive things about her! She was SO patient and kind. When we started with Sarah my son was sleeping through the night (sounds silly to sleep train) but our days were a disaster. My son wouldn't nap in his bed, his naps were never consistent and he was eating every 2 hours still. When we first started sleep training it was the week before I went back to work and it was ROUGH. The first few nights were really hard trying to teach him how to sleep independently. I was not mentally able to do it with the anxiety of returning to work a few days later. Sarah graciously let me delay sleep training due to the circumstances. When we started back again a few weeks later it was still pretty hard (sleep training is not easy!!) but she was so supportive and had thoughtful, intelligent answers to my questions. She was so encouraging throughout the whole process.

One night 3 something clicked for my son and it was smooth sailing from there. We now are able to put him in his crib awake for every nap and bedtime and he falls asleep on his own. He eats every 3-4 hours now because he has a consistent schedule. I'm able to work from home with him two days a week because I know when to schedule calls around his naps. And everyone says he is the happiest baby -- because he is now that he sleeps so great! He went through the 4 month sleep regression a few weeks later and it lasted a few nights and wasn't bad at all! He knew the skill of independent sleep so he just had to figure out how to put himself to sleep when he woke up several times during the night. Thank you so much Sarah for this priceless gift!!bv

Our daughter started sleeping through the night after one day of training and has been a great sleeper ever since. Amanda is organized and structured in her approachwhich made us feel very well supported, her explanations as to the reasons whywe would implement certain changes to the bedtime routine and her ongoingsupport during the two weeks of training gave us all the tools to feelconfident even after the training finished. Our daughter started sleepingthrough the night after one day of training and has been a great sleeper eversince. She got a bit ill a few weeks after the training which led to a fewnight wake ups and even then we felt confident getting her back on track whenshe got better through the resources Amanda gave us. Yes, sleep training isexpensive but it is the best money we ever spent!

Brittney is amazing!!! We had heard about her through a Mama who I went to school with who I remembered her having similar issues with her little one sleeping. It was the best investment me and my husband have ever done. Our son was 11 months old and not sleeping through the night without nursing or even us holding him in our bed. I thought I could bear through it and it would get better. I just couldn’t anymore, I needed sleep and I needed some me time. After working with Brittney our son is sleeping 12-13 hours a night and his naps are for the most part 1-2 hours or a little longer. He’s doing great and we’ve stopped working with Brittney 2 month ago. I was very hesitant making the investment because we had just built a home and had lots of financial obligations just as anyone else does. Let me just say I would do it over and over again. I’m not the type of mamma to let him cry. He’s my first and I’m learning as I go but I expressed to Brittney my concerns and she worked with me in our plan to make it work not only for my son, but my husband and I as well. My husband and I were both involved in the plan and it has all worked out amazing. Brittney really cares about her clients and she is there for you every step of the way! We love her!!!

I wanted to share my experience with this program from a dad's perspective. I'll admit I was hesitant at first, but this program was so beneficial for our family. Sarah Belin was so incredibly helpful in getting our little one to finally start sleeping soundly on her own. My wife and I struggled for months with getting our daughter down for naps and especially getting her down for bedtime. She would NOT fall asleep unless she had her pacifier and we would have to rock her for several minutes to even get her close to falling asleep. Sometimes we would put her down and she would stay asleep, but very often as soon as we placed her in her crib she would start wailing and we'd have to start the whole process over again. Some nights this would take anywhere from 1-3 hours. Now, with Sarah's help, we can put her down on her own and she falls asleep without the need of any props or special coddling. It's amazing how far we've come in just a few weeks time. The program was incredibly well planned for our daughter, and Sarah was SO helpful with any and all questions we had. She was never more than a quick message away and was always very good about checking in with us to see how things were going. I know some of you may be hesitant to try this out for a myriad of reasons, but speaking personally I will say that this was such a game-changer for our family and worth every single penny. If you are desperate for help, or just wanting to get your little one the rest they need to thrive, look no further! 10/10

Becka was there for me every step of the way! She was quick to respond to my questions and needs. I highly recommend her! After co sleeping for 14 months Becka helped me get my baby into her crib for 1.5-2 hr naps and 11-12 hours of solid sleep at night! Sarah made sleep training our 7.5 month old pretty manageable. Not only did she support us in real-time through the process but she also provided explanations and information about wake windows. Our 7.5 month old now lays down in her crib for sleep while barely making a peep and sleeps through the night. I couldn’t have done this without Sarah’s support. Yes, it was expensive and it wasn’t easy in the beginning, but the accountability factor helped unite my husband and I as a sleep team for our daughter!

Emily was very personable and professional. She helped us get a sleep plan that worked for our family. With my husband who works out of town, I needed a schedule that would work for my older child too. Our experience was so amazing I would recommend her it to everyone! My daughter was 16 months old. Not sleeping through the night, terrible naps, nursing all night long and co-sleeping. Within the first few days she was sleeping in her own bed. She regressed on day 6-7, Emily helped us through this difficult time. She made it very easy for us. We are 3.5 weeks out and my daughter is sleeping 12 hours at night and 2.5-3 hour nap daily in her own bed. We couldn’t have done this without her help and guidance.

When we first thought about working with Sara and the Sleeper Teachers our daughter was waking up twice a night and not napping on a regular basis. We were following a sleep book and it was not working. Our daughter was set to start daycare in a few weeks and we were nervous that she would cry all day and not sleep. Not to mention that they didn't allow swaddles and our daughter LOVED to be swaddled. Fast forward one month. Our daughter is 3 1/2 months old. She no longer is swaddled - this transition was way easier than expected for us, she sleeps through the night (knock on wood I don't want to jinx anything) and her naps are improving.

Her best nap was very close to 2 hours and her not so great ones are between 20-30 mins. We have been very involved in the process along with our daughter. It's not a set it and forget it solution, but Sara has been amazing. The amount of support we received exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we made the investment. Sara gives you the tools to establish a good sleep foundation for your little one that will hopefully set her up for success through the first year of her life and beyond.

Our four month old was running us ragged. We all dreaded naps and bedtime. I knew it would consist of him screaming, me not knowing how to fix it, and ultimately me spending the night in his room. I missed my bed. We started working with Becka and instantly I felt better. I finally felt like we had a plan that didn’t involve leaving my toddler unattended while I tried to get my baby to sleep. We were challenged with 4 month shots but Becka stuck with us and helped us through. We now have a baby who can put himself to sleep for naps and bedtime; something that seemed so out of reach just a few weeks ago. We felt completely supported every step of the way. I never felt stupid for asking a question or for clarification. I’m back in my bed and we don’t dread naps and bedtime anyone. This was worth every penny and I highly recommend to anyone with a little one on the way or anyone struggle with sleep!

Today, our family wrapped up our 2 week program with Brittney. We went from cosleeping since birth to our 7 month old moved into a crib sharing a room with his 4 yr old brother. Bennett went from "holding us hostage" during bedtime to falling asleep independently and staying in bed until Magic 7. He also transitioned back to his lofted bed in his bedroom. Davis now takes 1-2 hr naps twice a day instead of 30-45 min catnaps. He puts himself back to sleep majority of his night wake ups (kiddo also cut tooth #3 &4 during our 2 weeks). Brittney was so patient, super supportive and super responsive during our program. I know she is there for us moving forward if needed and so grateful to have met her through our Mom Owned Business network group. Great thing also is that she is in Nevada and we are in Oregon. We had a wonderful experience. When we came to Sarah our 17 month old was not able to fall asleep by herself and still needed a bottle at bedtime. She was waking up 2 times a night, and we were exhausted! In just over a week we were able to put her down happy and leave the room, and she would fall asleep peacefully, and has slept through the night every night since. We did the right thing for our daughter, and she is so much better rested. We also feel so much better, and were relieved to find a solution that was not “cry it out”.

She was waking up multiple times at night and was taking terribly short daytime naps. Within two days, she was sleeping through the night and taking 1.5-2 hour naps! We even dropped the pacificer cold turkey without incident. Brittney was so encouraging, communicative and super understanding. I was EXHAUSTED. I looked into Brittney after being recommended by my friend and I was fortunate enough to win her giveaway! She gave me our plan for Boyd and even worked with me on room sharing (he is sharing a room with his two year old brother temporarily while we build our new house). After three nights... Boyd was sleeping for 12 hours straight! My little one year old who was waking every 2 hours to nurse himself back to sleep in my bed slept for 12 hours straight. I was so amazed! Also... he always had to be rocked for naps and he didn't really have a schedule. we just rocked him to sleep when he acted tired. He is now on a nap schedule and lays right down for his naps. Life is so much easier! Brittney is a god send and very helpful and knowledgeable! I want to give her a million hugs for helping me with my son. My entire house is more well rested thanks to her and her plan! I won my package, but I can assure you I would pay any amount to do it again if I had the choice. From the beginning my son struggled sleeping. I knew I needed help but I was not satisfied with the myriad of information on the internet nor was I satisfied to just ask people's opinions. I knew I wanted a professional to help so we started working with Brittney when my son was 6 weeks old. She helped us get on track with some important sleep habits which helped us to help him sleep better as a newborn. We had issues to get through, mainly reflux, and hired Brittney again when my son was 5 months old. Mostly, he was having a hard time with naps and I was desperate to be able to help him. Within days he was doing so much better with naps which reduced my stress level immensely. Brittney also helped me troubleshoot, transition from 3 naps to 2 naps per day when my son was ready, and answered a variety of questions. All of these things were invaluable to me as a new mom and I am so grateful for her expertise!

Hiring Brittney was truly the best money my husband and I have ever spent (we say this to anyone who will listen). Our original goal was to get our son to sleep through the night, but we ended up with so much more than that. We now have an independent sleeper who, despite colds, teething or changes to his schedule, puts himself to sleep within minutes and stays asleep through the night. Through the process, we were also able to eliminate the use of a pacifier. As a result, we have a happier, well-rested little boy. Brittney really exceeded my expectations. Working with Amanda was such a great experience. My husband and I had tried several popular sleep programs and found ourselves quitting every time when it got too tough to watch your baby struggling. We decided to work with Amanda because her bio mentioned she can help despite how many sleep programs you have tried. From the first day we received our custom sleep program I felt reassured this will work, the suggestions were tailored to our baby’s habits and we worked from there. Amanda checked-in several times per day which helped us stay on track but most importantly it helped us stay consistent. My daughter needed several sleep props to fall asleep whether it was nursing to sleep, being held (for an entire nap period) you name it to waking up several times in the middle of the night. We started seeing some improvements within the first week but it was really at the two week mark that everything (night and naps) clicked for our daughter. Now she’s happily putting herself to sleep???? Within about 10 mins of being placed in her crib. I am so happy we did this for ourselves and for my daughter!

Not only was I beyond tired but I never had time to get anything done- like shower... My son needed a binky to sleep and typically needed to eat in order to fall asleep. A HUGE thank you to Sarah, my son is sleeping and I am sleeping- it’s been a WEEK!!! In 1 week Sarah was able to guide me on napping routines and schedules, sleep cycles and assisting me on what is best for my babe. To ALL the TWIN Mommies out there, feeling like your life is seriously on hold, with sleep deprivation at its finest. Sleeper Teachers is truly the solution to living your life again—life filled with hope, joy, and peace for your family. I was on the verge of breaking down, working a full time job with only 4.5 hours of sleep a night- with myself taking shifts from 8pm-1:30am and my husband from 1:30am-6:30. I missed my husband. I missed being happy with my twins!!!My heart goes out to Sarah Belin from Sleeper Teachers, as she has truly saved my family. I can’t say this enough. She has TRULY saved my family, from sleep deprivation, not sleeping in the same bed of my husband for over 8 months, and from having 8 month old twins up every hour of the night wanting a bottle. Sarah was with us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Gave me advice every day, helping guide me to break old habits- trying new things. She held my hand and was my biggest cheerleader. After 2 weeks, my twins have learned the skill of independent sleep. They share a room and sleep 11-12 hours a night. I never thought this was possible. I can sleep in the same room as my husband again. I can be the happy mom I always wanted to be with my twins. I am so grateful for Sarah B and sleeper teachers. It was the best investment i could have ever made for my children! Thank you Sarah and SleeperTeachers!!

My family had the pleasure of working with Brittney and her colleague, Sarah, in an effort to get our ten month old to sleep (he’d never slept more than two hours in a row since he was born). Sarah and Brittney came up with an individualized plan that worked great for us and our situation; they were also compassionate, non-judgmental, and so fun to work with! They made us feel that, after my husband and I had tried everything we could think of with this second child of ours, there was a light at the end of the tunnel. They held us accountable, helped us to work together as a couple on the sleep issues (super hard, as I’m sure many know!!), and helped us to feel successful. In a matter of just a few days, our little guy was sleeping... on his own and through the night. It was amazing, saved us from bickering every night (!!!), and allowed us to be a happier, healthier family. Totally worth the investment.

We had incredible communication and even when we may have been revisiting older (not so great habits) there was no judgment just recommendations & suggestions on how to approach it differently. Our daughter was suffering from reflux, but that didn't prevent us from helping her learn better sleep skills that reduced the issues related from reflux & sleep. He REFUSED to nap in his crib and I was too anxious to attempt nighttime sleep in his crib even though the thought of having my bedroom back sounded pretty great. I was sleeping as soon as I put him down for the night because there was no guarantee how long he'd sleep and I needed to take advantage of every minute! Insert 2 weeks of working with Brittney. Reece sleeps in his own crib for every nap. He sleeps in his crib every night. We give him kisses and cuddles, lay him in his crib, and walk away with confidence that he'll be asleep within minutes. He's typically asleep by 8pm giving mom and dad some time to remember what life was like before baby. Did I mention that I'm having to wake my now 4 month old up from 2+ hour naps daily?! At 4.5 months old, our son was waking every hour to two hours at night and would not return to sleep unless he nursed. He was also struggling with naps and it commonly took longer for us to try to coax him into sleeping than the length of time he would actually nap. He seemed chronically overtired and so were we! Worried about his upcoming transition to a daycare setting, we reached out to Brittney for support with teaching our son to sleep. We were tentative to believe he could do it, but Brittney was very reassuring in our initial consultation and worked to develop a plan that worked for us and our son. The very first night on the sleep plan, he put himself to sleep without feeding! We were amazed and within days he was connecting sleep cycles and slept for much longer periods. A few days into our sleep plan, our son had an unrelated health scare that required a quick hospital stay and made us a little nervous. Brittney was super accommodating and allowed us to pause our sleep plan until we were feeling more confident about our son’s health and she even updated his plan about a month later when we were ready to begin working on his sleep again. The sleep plan and working with Brittney’s support has changed our sleep experience as first time parents. This has been a game changer for me because even though she was a “good” sleeper, I knew things could be better. Brittney gave us the perfect tips and tricks for the long haul too. I so appreciate the predictability of nap time now and knowing that at 8 months old my daughter doesn’t use a paci any more at all is a huge win! Thanks Brittney!!!

When we first started with Brittney, Emma was sleeping in her rock and play next to our bed. We had tried to get her to sleep in her crib with no success. Naps were rare and never for longer than 20 minutes at a time. Bedtime sleep came quickly for Emma. But figuring out the wake time for Emma regarding naps was much more difficult. I never once doubted Brittney or the process. Brittney never made me feel like we were doing anything wrong, and was extremely helpful and always there to switch things around when what we tried wasn’t working. And then one day, it just clicked!!! Emma took a tad longer than the 2 weeks and Brittney didn’t just disappear and say “see ya good luck”, she was still there. Working with Brittney was a dream! She is so personable, kind and just really wants to see you and your family get some much needed sleep!

I was in crisis mode. Our little guy was suddenly cluster feeding all day and ALL NIGHT! I was months into this habit when I realised it was detrimental to my health and well being and my familys. I had seen Brittney on FB and reached out. Within days she came with a plan, personalized it for our little man and had given us clear tools, education and ongoing support. Baby C was sleeping through the night on day 6. Which means so was I!!! We've continued to use all the tools and support she gives and now either my husband or I can get him to sleep. Whether at home or travelling. She really is the gift that keeps on giving.

My daughter was extremely colicky for the first 7 months, we developed some less than desirable sleeping patterns just trying to keep her happy. We were able to get her into her crib by 10 months but couldn’t get her to sleep all night without 1-2 bottles. I was scared that these night bottles would cause tooth decay (even though I was proactive in keeping them clean after every bottle). Brittney helped with that last step of keeping our daughter sleeping all through the night!!! She even worked with my son and his early rising patterns. We are so thankful for this program and all of Brittney’s support!!!

I couldn’t recommend Amanda and Sleeper Teachers more! Max had just hit the 4-month regression and we were getting very little sleep when we started working with Amanda. By night 2, Max slept nearly 7 hours straight! Within one week, he slept the whole night through and had weaned himself off his night feed, giving me a full night’s sleep again! Max struggled a bit more with naps, but Amanda was there to help every step of the way, tweaking our plan to ensure Max would become an expert napper as well. He now knows how to put himself to sleep for naps that last 1-2 hours each! After months of little sleep and days filled with contact naps, I am finally regaining time for myself and it’s all thanks to Amanda!

We are so grateful for Sleeper Teachers! Amanda is on my permanent recommendation list (i wish she were on my speed dial), I've been telling all my mom friends to use her for sleep assistance. She is super knowledgeable, her guidance was amazing, she's supportive and just overall amazing. We learned a lot about baby sleep and were able to gain confidence in adjusting to a new routine. We went from completely co-sleeping and mostly contact napping (which I love all of it, but was losing my mind having no free time), to 2 solid naps and 12 HOURS of sleep at night. Mind Blown.

Hubby or I used to lay on the floor and wait for our toddler to fall asleep (could take 1.5 hrs). But the kidnapped parent would fall asleep first, wake up and then have a hard time falling asleep for the night. Honestly, neither hubby or I were convinced at first (what was sleep training anyways?) BUT we were desperate, we needed sleep. We had a sleepless toddler and a newborn, something had to change so we pulled the trigger & hired Paige. Here’s the thing, not all the info is new. I had learned some of it from insta accounts and/or sleep courses. What saved us was the sequence of the info (she guided us on what was best for our child) and the cherry on top was her Voxer support over the 2 weeks. Turns out our toddler wasn’t the problem, it was US! Having Paige tell us what to do and not do was like having a drill sergeant for a gym coach. It was exactly what we needed. Now, we have 4-month old that goes to bed at 6:30 pm and a toddler that's in bed by 7 pm. Hubby & I don't even know what to do with all this extra time. We're adults again and have a decent # of hours at night for ourselves. How is this even possible? Thanks so much, Paige.

Beyond happy with the experience we received with Becka! I was very hesitant at first because I felt like I had done everything and nothing was working to help my son sleep!! The plan that Becka drew up was so easy to follow and she did such a wonderful job of adjusting things as we progressed to help us get the most out of the experience!! We cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the experience we highly recommend her to any parents who are having sleepless nights! I really never thought we would get my son to sleep better and now he sleeps through the night and I feel like I have gained so much knowledge as well from this experience.

SleeperTeachers far exceeded our expectations! I was nervous that it wasn’t going to work for our 7month old and that it would be atough process, but everything worked out and we had a great experience withSarah. Our 7 month old had multiple night wakings and a very inconsistent napschedule, no one was sleeping in the house. Sarah gave us a very detailedprogram to follow and Cora responded almost immediately! The communication withSarah was so helpful. It felt like you were just talking with a friend. Weekslater she is still sleeping through the night, has a consistent nap scheduleand puts herself down sleep. Amazing, highly recommend!!

Brittney is truly amazing. We went from getting up every hour to sooth our little guy to sleeping straight thru at night between 10-12 hours. We have went from almost no nap (15-20 min at a time) to 1.5+hr nap lengths, as well as self soothing and putting himself to sleep. (Huge!!!) My husband and I cannot thank her enough… We went from sleeping in separate rooms (so that my husband could get his needed sleep for work) to our son sleeping in the other room. We FINALLY feel like we have become “normal” again. Words do not describe our gratitude. Being able to get a “personalized plan” specifically for our little guy was great. And being able to email her day or night, and get responses almost immediate, was truly amazing. Everyone’s situation is different, no “one size” approach fits all. We are so grateful we found Brittney, her knowledge and skills are expert level. Definitely worth the investment for our sleep!

Highly recommend! Our child’s naps were short, and nights were long. We were waking up throughout the night, rocking our baby back to sleep in the middle of naps, and were exhausted. Paige came in and helped turn our 4 month old into the best sleeper! She was encouraging and provided the perfect amount of support and training. We are a well-rested, happier family now with a child who sleeps through the night and naps like a champion!

We started working with Amanda when our daughter was about 6 weeks old and she helped us through those difficult first months! She was so supportive, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable about building good sleep habits early on.

The 1x a week phone calls were the perfect touch points for us and we learned so much every time we spoke.

Those early months are so critical and exhausting and it was helpful to have someone who understood how difficult things can be. I really enjoyed our time working together and highly recommend her!! You can’t go wrong with the Sleeper Teachers.

Amanda changed our lives! Our baby was 7 months old and was waking 3x a night to feed. Wasn't on a schedule for naps (we just randomly put her down when she yawned), needed a pacy and nursing to fall asleep, and would just snack throughout the day with no feeding schedule. In two weeks, Amanda helped us to help her to fall asleep independently, taking two naps a day with appropriate wake windows for her age (which I had no idea about), get her to eat full meals 3 x a day and overall our daughter's whole personality was happier! We are finally getting some sleep and have Amanda to thank for that! Truly the best money I've ever spent. 10/10 recommend if you need guidance. Also, I tried googling tips, other sleep training programs (where you buy the $50 booklet or whatever) and followed the guidelines but they didn't work for us. I needed someone on my team, readily available and personalized to our specific schedule and baby's specific needs. I learned so much from Amanda and wish I would have done this sooner!!

This is your sign to talk to Sleeper Teachers! I had talked to other “bigger” and well known sleep consultants but I didn’t feel comfortable with either them, their approach, or both. My husband and I attempted to piece together our own sleep tricks after researching on Google and social media but nothing was fully working. Our now 20MO wound up in our bed in the middle of every night, needed to hold our hand to fall asleep which would take at least an hour, and woke up from the slightest noise. Sara from Sleeper Teachers worked with us and she was a dream, literally! I felt confident that she knew what she was doing, I felt comfortable with her plan, and she actually worked with us through it all she didn’t just give us a cookie cutter plan and say good luck I’ll talk to you in a week or no it’s fine if your child vomits because he’s so upset but still don’t go in there (yes, that was someone else’s plan). Our son is now SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT, going to sleep after I put him in his crib and say goodnight, and I know what our nap and bedtime schedules are from following her tips. I adore Sara and appreciate her understanding and compassion especially during such a stressful season! Best decision and best investment, I can’t recommend them enough!

One of the fundamental gifts we can give our children is the ability to learn how to sleep. We came to Brittney as heavily sleep-deprived parents feeling rather hopeless about our sleep situation. Our 9 month old had basically stopped sleeping for any extended period of time, nothing more than 1 or 2 hours at a time. Bedtime was exhausting because he required rocking and swishing and bouncing to fall asleep. An hour later, he would be up again and require the same steps to fall asleep again. And so the night would progress. By nine months of this, we were all starting to feel the effects of sleep depravation--very real and very scary effects. Brittney came recommended to us by a friend who had just gone through something similar, and when I called her I think I cried through most of the first phone call. Brittney met us with such patience, skill and encouragement. She had such patience in listening to us explain away so much of what we were going through, and then the skill to help see exactly what we needed to do as a family to fix this. And then, she became our master encourager--helping us to stay on track, guide us and cheer us along as our baby boy became the sleeper he (and we) needed him to be. He is now growing like he should be, sleeping like he should be, and a fundamentally happier and healthier baby. If you are in a place where you feel isolated, alone and overwhelmed or, if you're just ready to help your kids become better sleepers, take that step and call Brittney. It has been a life-changing decision for us and we are so grateful for what we have learned from her. Thank you, Brittney!

Honestly at first, I was hesitant to get a sleep consultant, I thought I could figure it out. But we finally decided to pull the plug. I reached out to Brittney and it was the best decision! If I could go back in September when I reached out to her the first time but did not go through with it, I would tell myself to just do it instead of waiting months after. I would of got a lot more sleep!! My little girl was breastfed, or I would walk (sometimes run lol) around her room just to get her to sleep, & I was the only one able to put her down. She woke up 4-6 times a night. She did not know how to fall asleep on her own. *cue Brittney* she was AMAZING. Literally the FIRST DAY my daughter was putting herself to sleep when she woke up at night, and by the second day she was a pro she would sleep 11-12 hours a night! It was like I had no idea what happened to her and if I would of known it was that easy I would of went to Brittney a long time ago! Now not only can her dad put her to sleep, but so can anyone else!! I tell everyone who asks me, BEST money we ever spent!! Not only was she always there for us when we had questions, but she helped us through any bumps in the road, like traveling. We were taking our first trip with my little girl after the holidays, I was so nervous, but Brittney helped me through it, I don’t know what I would have done without her and the tips she gave me!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Sara B from the Sleeper Teachers team. I started the program with my 11 week old son because we (the whole family) were not getting very good sleep. My husband was sleeping in the guest room so he could be more rested for work. Within a few weeks, working with Sara, we are now all sleeping in our beds (no more guest bed for hubby and baby is in his crib). Baby sleeps a long 6-7 hour stretch at night and is able to get himself to sleep (no rocking or nursing to sleep) for naps and bedtime and throughout the night when he wakes. The process was clearly explained from the beginning so I knew what to expect. Sara checked in with me several times a day and in the evening around bedtime. She responded quickly to questions I left via text or Voxer message. I felt very supported when I needed to vent or cry, and also when we accomplished a goal and I wanted to shout it from the rooftop! I am amazed, grateful, much more rested, and definitely prepared for any sleep challenges down the road.

On night 3 something clicked for my son and it was smooth sailing from there.

Thank you so much Sarah for this priceless gift!!

We just finished our sleep training with Amanda and she was great! After our consultation she came up with a sleep plan for our now three month old. She made small adjustments that made a HUGE difference. Our baby is now sleeping 7-8 hour stretches at night with one night feed and taking naps in his bassinet- sometimes up to two hours. Most importantly, he knows how to put himself to sleep! No more rocking, feeding, soothing with the paci and carefully putting him down. Our bedtime routine that could sometimes take an hour now lasts minutes and night wakings are quick! If your family is sleep deprived Amanda can help!

Brittney gave me a newborn sleep plan which was great. I'm a second time mom, and having a plan going in was a game changer. With my son, I was up multiple times a night until he was a year and a half. With my daughter using Brittney's plan, she sleeps 12 hours a night, and she's only 3 months old!!! Quite the difference! The plan was great, easy to follow, and no crying involved which was amazing! Brittney really took time to make sure I knew and understood the plan before my baby was born, and since enacting the plan, she has been very responsive to questions. She is also very helpful with trouble shooting when problems pop up. If you're wondering if this is for you, just imagine getting a full night of sleep and call!!! The newborn sleep plan is literally the best baby shower gift anyone could receive!
